Ok finally some progress on this! As i know alot of you wanted a fully working system as such.
Basically let me explain what blacklisting does...anyone you put on your ignore list will not be able to reply to any of your forum posts, unlike before where they were only unable to PM you!
I'm still trying to work on this a bit so that they cannot see the post all together, giving you the moderation and freedom each individual desires...but atleast for now you know you wont get any annoying little posts or annoying flames from the people that cause you problems.
