After a short while they are finally up and running, the support tickets are used for assistance with many areas of the community...as it goes a member posts a ticket, then another member will come along resolve it and then it shall be closed...therefore stopping requests clogging up the forum and also a faster and more optimal answer to your problems, whether it's forum, script, drawing related etc.

Hmm, do you think the link to the support-tickets need to be a bit more emphasized? It took me quite a while to find it. :P

Also, can everyone see everyone else's support tickets?

I'd like to know the status of my ticket, but some tickets should be "hidden" like say if Trickster had to put in a ticket saying that his password wasn't working and anyone could get in to his account without a password and he couldn't set one?

Er, I apparently have the power to delete tickets. I shouldn't have that, should I?

Hmmm how odd...try and delete it to test but you should only be bale to delete your own and i have now sorted it so you can only view your own tickets.

Yeah, now I can't see Trickster's. But how would I solve a ticket (assuming I knew the solution) if I can't see it?

Thats what i'm trying to figure out...because an issue arouse that Anaryu stated but due to making sure that it wont happen...its now at a point where only high powered people can view them. Hmmm....might wait on Sovay or Erk for input on how they want to do this.

Yeah, not working too well for me either. Made a support ticket as a test, can't see anyone elses. :}

They work just fine, its just only certain people can view them, so i'm going to discuss this with a few people before we can be final on it.

we need to make it so you can make your ticket staff only or anyone. A user should be able to close their own ticket when they feel its resolved.
