I played a taru on FFXI and so I'm naturally drawn to a Lapin.

Yay, more people! Man, we need to bribe someone into joining as an acolyte so we have a healer.

Also update to my character! Got a new tunic, staff, and some nerdy glasses. Isn't he adorkable?

I'm considering changing to a warrior. idk. I can't even find "outside the city" for this stupid quest. lol.
I hate having to commit to just one class. I miss FFXI sometimes.


Actually... I'm starting to eye the ranged combat class... Sniper looks nice. >:]

So... I frequently try to use a skill, like flaming arrow, and it goes through the animation and goes on cooldown, but the mob isn't damaged and my window says that the ENEMY used my skill. Odd...


edit- this is quickly ruining the game for me, and I don't know why it's doing this. It sometimes won't even let me attack the mob that's right next to me and eating my face....

I think it's cause you're too far. I think at times it also glitches when they are up in your face (like it's shooting over the enemy or something haha). So just run away and start shooting again.

Yeah, that seems to be about right. If you're out of range, I don't think it should still use up mp though. :[

Balmarog is now level 20 and changed to a provocateur. Saving up for a horse now. :3

Yay for horsies! :D Probably going to end up dropping this myself. I can't get over how broken archery is going to be if enemies can hit me when I'm too far away from them. :|

I didn't really have much problem with it... The only thing that hit me at range were ghosts, so I just assumed they were using voodoo...
Plus, just have a tank adventuring with you, so they can keep it's attention :P
