Hello everyone! This is Doubt Mafia II, a sequel to SuperShigi’s doubt… if there was a sequel. Being sequel, we will use rules similar to hers and it will conduct in roughly the same way. Remember to read this all the way through, it’s always nice to know the rules.

This game of doubt has more than one wolf. But how many? Well, I want to keep that a secret. I can tell you, however, there is less than six. More than one, less than six. These wolves can talk to each other however they want, but they should be wise to listen to my words of advice.

After this is posted, I shall be assigning everyone their roles and giving them advice for their roles. You may NOT share what your role is to other people and nor may you show anyone else the PM in which was sent with your assigned role. I cannot enforce this of course, but it’s best that you do not. If you claim to be a doctor, well, there’s a target. Or if you’re not a doctor and you claim to be one, well isn’t that just suspicious?

Rules:
http://i1012.photobucket.com/albums/af243/earlronove/Wolf.png Wolves can only kill once per round. It is up to them on who to kill and if they do not choose someone, I’ll draw random names from a hat. If it happens to be a wolf, then so be it. Do not forget to tell me.

It can be really anything—how many wolves there are, what is user A’s assigned job, and does user B like ice-cream? Choose your questions wisely. I reserve the right to answer the questions in any way I please.

And if the doctor does not choose anything, then no one will be saved that round. Saving means that if the wolves decide to kill that user who had been saved, that user will not be killed and will live to see another round.

Voting:
Everyone has to vote by FRIDAY on who they believe the wolf is. Please PM me your vote. Remember, my name is Ronove -- not Ronnie. After you hang the suspected person, I will tell you if he or she was a bunny or in fact a wolf. I will also provide a clue as to the identity of the wolves. Please try to have your votes in by THURSDAY, but no later than 11:59pm on FRIDAY.

The wolves will kill someone every SUNDAY until all the bunnies are killed or until the wolves are hung. Wolves, I ask that you let me know who you want to kill by SATURDAY. If you do not notify me by late SUNDAY, I will assume you didn’t reach an agreement and choose who you kill by drawing a name out of a hat.

Remember, this is an evolving game. I reserve the right to change things as I see fit—I will notify you all if I do change something, however, so don’t fret. And never forget: this is a game. We’re all friends here. Just remember to have fun and make use of that fun.

Round 01
On the Days of Summer We Begin

The bunnies of the Spongen Warren live a very simple life. They're quiet and mind their own business and generally get along. One day, the adorable bunnies realize there's more bunnies than usual. Did someone move in? one asks. Well, that probably happened--people are always coming and going, another says. They welcome the new bunnies, though they are not sure which is new and which is old. Nevertheless, all is welcome.

On one summer day, something happened. shadowseer hasn't been seen anywhere at all and the bunnies have gotten worried. They all go search around the warren and when they have not found him, they check outside. A little ways off from the entrance to the warren, shadowseer lays--or what's left of him. The bunnies are taken by surprise! Who could have done such a thing? Sharp bite marks are riddled across the poor shadowseer's body--marks that belong to a wolf.

The bunnies bury shadowseer and retreat back to their warren with a question in mind: someone's here that isn't supposed to be here, and he or she has killed. We must find out who this is. They couldn't have acted alone, you hear. Of course not--someone must have let them in as well. Someone old? Can't be! Someone new? But that's just xenophobic. Either way, after you buried the body, you found that there was one clue near shadowseer--a note.

End

This does not bode well for the bunnies. They are all in a panic! Running to and fro and not doing what they are supposed to. Because there is no unified front on the bunnies side, there is one on the wolves' side. This is not good for the bunnies, as if the wolves are in control of a majority, how can the bunnies even stand a chance?

So, we bid farewell to the HawkZombie turned Shade. Whispers sprang throughout the bunnies--vote him! vote him! He was all too eager to take that pansy HawkZombie's place. He's new, we must be rid of him! The newcomer!

Up he went on the pole! Neck snug in a noose.

Upon closer inspection. Shade's ears did not come off. He was in fact, a bunny. The wolves have won this round. They killed off poor shadowseer and have swung the majority in their favor. What a sad sad day for the bunnies.

The bunnies have had their clue, Shade can give them no more.

The bunnies should also be wary--the sheriff is not a good sheriff. If it does not do its job by this time next Friday (if it has not died) then I will be choosing a new sheriff. Or I'll kill the sheriff. One of the two.

United bunnies allow the game to be tipped in the bunnies' favor. If the bunnies are not united, but the wolves are, well, then we can see how this game is going to bend. Good luck, bunnies! Godspeed to getting together! Too bad the sheriff's doing a terrible job at gaining allies!

Rye has been known to write clues in her writing, and not just the clues themselves, I think that should be what we need to look at. Here's my concept: The Finest Brew

He doesn't have a known Birthday, so you can't tell if he's old or young. He among some of the others has been here the longest, but he has fewer visitor posts than most, fewer blogs, than most, and considering how long he's been here, a few amount of posts, so he's quiet and gets along with most.


My other thoughts were Tana, not only being the oldest one found among the group, but has been here the longest... and NekoThePyro is definitely been here the shortest time of the group and is only 15 years old, the youngest... Even considering how long they've been here, their posts seem of an average amount.

My real concerns though, Barbatos, Sixty, and The Finest Brew don't have a definite age. Barbatos proclaims to be 101 years old! So just with the research I've done... My only best guess would be The Finest Brew.

im guessing what you are trying to say is that the older members that have been around longer are trying to eliminate the newer members? if thats what you mean it doesnt really make sense that me and kuri would be killed off, since there are members playing who had joined the forum after us, making them better targets for that theory, unless im mistaken by what you are trying to say?

I agree with Luna, Riona is definitely on my suspect list at this point. As Ronnie mentioned once in IRC, the first clue is very vague, so I think it's a bit too early to be throwing out a big theory connecting ages to the order in which people might be killed. Riona is throwing out a few too many names to make me comfortable with what she's saying.

Also, in the first clue, Ronnie mentioned something about pulling Shade's ears off to determine if he was a bunny or wolf. Not a mask or a costume of some sort, but specifically the ears. Again, it's very vague, but Riona does have ears pasted onto her icon picture...

I was referring to the fact that you also mentioned Tana, Neko, Cup, and Barbatos...there's just too many possibilities to make me believe that the whole age thing has any substance to it. And you seem suspicious to me because you are talking the most and even mentioning things like class that have nothing to do with the game; it just makes you seem nervous, that's all. A Plan of Silent Eatings

The bunnies are so busy pointing fingers and yelling that they do not notice, on this night, a wolf has become hungry. "An important bunny," one wolf whispers to the other wolf. "No no," the wolf says, "an unsuspecting one."

A silent unsuspecting bunny--one that watches from the sidelines and makes informed decisions. One who shall speak no more. The wolf overpowers this bunny who is so silent, no one hears him. The bunny is dragged away from the other bunnies and is enjoyed by the wolves who have had their dinner for this round!

Alas, poor FzGhouL--no one heard his cries, he was so silent! When everyone realized what had happened, they were shocked! While they bickered among themselves, a wolf silently came in and took one of their own! A silent wolf, a silent bunny. FzGhouL left no clues, other than his silence, and the silence of the killing.

Wolves left no trace this time, but who knows when they will screw up?

Silence is definitely a clue. One of the wolves must be quiet. And the only person who hasn't said anything in this thread is Sailerius. Very strong candidate for the wolf! The other rather quiet people are Neko, deci and shigi .... Hrmmmmmmm

But the other wolf might know and assume we'd pick the silent one, so they must be compensating by being very chatty. So my candidates for the not-so-quiet wolf are Riona, Cup and Euphony.

Keep in mind that the sheriff hasn't spoken yet, so it's really likely that one of those silent people--like Sailerius--is actually the sheriff. We could easily kill them on accident and just screw ourselves further!

...Or it could be worth the risk, since the sheriff isn't getting us any extra clues anyway. :P

But, back to the actual game. The latest clue definitely seems to point to someone very quiet as a wolf. And I guess if you take it in a more roundabout way, maybe it's referring to someone very sneaky, clever, etc., instead of simply quiet. Someone ninja-like.

It seems so obvious- almost too easy- that the wolf is someone who hasn't posted or participated in the discussion much. It's easy to blow off, but that's exactly why it could be a crucial clue. It could be one of those situations where the clue is literal and we choose to ignore it because we assume the wolves are more tricky than that. Then it turns out we were right all along and so many bunnies went to bunny heaven ...

Yeah, somehow I don't think Ronnie would use something as obvious as a user ID to show who's a wolf or spy or whatever. I noticed the user IDs too but I don't know what it means. Riddles hurt my brain.

I am honestly not sure what to make of it. However, the theme makes you think of dwarfs or smaller people. Who is the smallest person we have playing? Raven is short but she isn't playing.
The numbers on the thing do align with Barbatos and Lunarea, but there are only 16 players total not 25. On one hand Lunarea has been attempting to give good insight into each of the clues, but that could be just a throw off technique. You have to be one to eat one! Just a thought.

Poor poor bunnies.

There was a valiant effort. However, it was a valiantly failed effort. The bunnies were together? Oh wait, they weren't. Some met in back tunnels to try to sort out this mess, but there were too many inconsistencies and too much confidence. How can you be that confident when people keep dying? Tsk tsk. It came together, and it fell apart. Maybe the next round will fair better.

The votes are in. Whispers fly and it is Lunarea that is to be hung. She has to be the wolf! Someone says. She's just too calm and collected. She's the prime suspect! Another whisper flies. But are these whispers of bunnies or are they of wolves? The wolves have decided the fate again. Bunnies are failing.

Lunarea was hung and lo and behold, her ears also did not come off.

In the silence of her hanging, someone can hear someone whistling a tune. No one knows who it is.

Sad to say, this isn't the only death. Sailerius hasn't said a word since this whole affair started. He hasn't even answered his door. Bunnies came in and found that he had starved to death. He was too afraid to leave his little room and poor Sailerius had forgotten to stock up. The sheriff has been handed down to his second command, and that sheriff has already begun to pick up the slack.

United bunnies have to be united--not faintly tied together with confidence. Confidence leads to mistakes, one has to be sure and remain doubtful. Too much confidence and bunnies get worried. One must be careful. The sheriff is working now, maybe there is hope for the bunnies yet.

The bunnies have failed this round, and the wolves have again swayed the vote in their favor. Do not let this happen again, bunnies. There are clues, you just have to figure out the clues from the red herrings.

Wolves, you have until SUNDAY to get me who you want to kill.

...Which leads me to believe that Tana could be a wolf because she kept bringing it up. The bbq sauce clue was connected in some way to Died (barby sauce lol), me (ham), and Luna (bbq tileset), and we're all bunnies--or at least I believe Died is a bunny too--so it's possible that Tana kept mentioning it in order to make one of us look suspicious and possibly knock off another innocent bunny!

Maybe. It's kinda pitiful but that's all I have to go on. Sorry Tana. xD

it's a valid reason... except that everyone's always pointing fingers at everyone. fyi, Riona was the one that brought up Luna (along with Shade) I just haven't pointed fingers at every player yet, as I'd prefer to not make too many wild guesses.

After ronnie revealed that it was the three dots in that first post I'm thinking that the words aren't so important.

In the Spies note, I noticed only one sentence doesn't end in an exclamation point, the "Don't be caught" which in itself seems grammatically odd, as normally one would say "Don't get caught" that and in the line before, "move" is in bold.
I can't think of anything that these would point to, but I wonder.
Also italicized words are "Unsuspecting" and "Whistling"

It seems that all the leads given to us lead us to killing another bunny. Perhaps we are just reading the clues wrong, or perhaps they are taken for too deep of thought. I know that we only get one vote a week on who to hang, so.. we really need to find these wolves before there is no way that we can win.

Also.. is the doc at work at all? Now that Salerius is dead from being inactive perhaps we can get a little more knowledge about the bad guys. I still have no idea at which to point a finger. That and there are apparently 3 wolves instead of just 2.

The Dawn of a New Something

After two defeats, the bunnies are a bit confused and depressed. They've holed themselves up and whisper to each other, doubting each and every bunny. A new sheriff has been chosen, and that sheriff has been sniffing around. The bunnies are attempting a new unification, one can only hope it will work.

It is the dead of night, the wolves have gotten hungry. Everyone's so suspicious--they have to decide who to kill and it has to be right. They consider everyone--who's too obvious, who's really just a waste of time. It takes a while for the wolves to come together, but they decide. We shouldn't do this one, one says. The others nod. There is another bunny alone. Sniffing around. Always sniffing around. Perhaps, this would be the right bunny to eat this time.

The wolves pounce. The bunny doesn't see it coming and goes down. Three against one is never good odds.

Alisa_Tana has been killed by the three wolves. They also found something very interesting on her--a book of questions. They gasp and hide the book of questions. No one can see this! They decide. Alisa_Tana, the new sheriff, has been killed by the wolves. No more questions... unless a bunny can find the list of questions. The wolves finish their meal and run away.

Her body is found and is mourned. Where is that book of questions? The bunny coalition is even more determined. One day the tide will turn. Keep doubting, and keep trying to figure it out.

I honestly dont know. All the clues feel like they are pointing us in a circle. The only person I can think of would be barbatos. I say this because it seems that many of the clues happened to be pointed at him but he always faught extremely hard to redirect it to someone else. That said.. all those people are now dead.
But I really dont want to point fingers since no information can really point me the direction of any particular one or more people.

Again, I feel lost, perhaps this next clue will help out a little more. I understand that the point of the game is to be lost, but I personally feel as though the tips have been dry and vague enough that I cannot discern anything from them.

Okay, since a lot of the bunnies aren't posting much, here's how this is going down, kiddos. Hopefully this gets the bunnies on the same page so we can turn this around.

First of all, I'm the doctor. I don't know if it was Ronnie's intention to give hints about me with the "edit" clues about saving people and whatnot--plus, some ghosts have been bad ghosts and might be telling people my identity!--but I guess it doesn't matter since I'm telling you anyway. So if you have any theories on who will be eaten this week and might need saving, I suggest you get them out in the open or at least message me with why they should be saved (since I am so terrible at choosing people on my own, thank you AlphaWolf Alpha).

And yes wolfies, I can save myself as much as anyone else, and I have no shame in being selfish and saving myself if I don't agree with anyone else (I saved myself the very first round, in fact). So you can try to eat me if you dare~

But seriously, even if we can't agree on who should be saved, at least get your theories out there on who you think is innocent and why. We spend a lot of time wondering who is guilty, but how about who you think is definitely innocent? Process of elimination, guys.

Also, there is in fact a bunny coalition trying to work behind the scenes. If you're in this coalition, then you probably know the others in it and who is basically running it. And you probably also know that a lot of bunnies aren't listening to its leader. Listen to us: VOTE FOR NEKO THIS WEEK. I know a few of us have talked about it in private, but since there are some bunnies who are out of the loop: we NEED you to vote that way so we can outnumber the wolves and save the game before it's too late.

If you're not convinced on Neko (sorry Neko), here's the evidence that the coalition has gathered against her:

One of Ronnie's edit clues states "once again she posted once again". Earlier in the game, someone speculated that the quiet players could be wolves, then went on to ask if certain people had even posted yet. In response to Neko's post count in the thread, Ronnie said she had posted "once that I know of." It's possible we should read this clue as "Once again, she posted once. Again." as if Ronnie keeps reminding us again and again of Neko. Not to mention this edit clue is in the same exact post that Neko's name is mentioned.

Another one of the edit clues is "nessnessnessnessnessnessnessness". At first we thought this could point to the character Ness from Earthbound, but since that kind of went nowhere, the closest thing we can make of it is that Ness and Neko both have four letters and begin with Ne. Also note that Neko has 8 blog posts listed under her name and there are 8 "nesses".

A third edit clue of Ronnie's mentions piranhas, which sticks out as a pretty unique word among all the clues so far. Check out those sharp teeth on Neko's avatar. Piranha mouth much?

One of the notes also says "Two! Seven! Twenty-five!" Neko's user ID is 727, her friend count on her profile is 7, and she made the 25th post in this thread. Lots of twos, fives, and sevens there.

And of course, one of our latest clues mentions whistling. Birds whistle. There's a bird in Neko's avatar. And as one of Ronnie's edit clues states, "it's not an instrument". Does that mean the whistling isn't coming from an instrument? Well, a bird isn't an instrument! Hrmm.


I know some of them seem like a stretch, but hopefully in combination with each other they're enough to convince the bunnies on the vote and win a majority here. Even if they might be a little outlandish, at least there's enough connection to at least give Neko a shot. Seriously bunnies, if we all don't vote the same on this round, we're gonna be screwed! VOTE NEKO!

The voting day came. The bunnies were together, they were unified. Or were they? Let's see. After two failures, after two face palms that left the bunnies with so many bunnies already dead, they tried once again to become unified. They also laid their cards on the table, so to speak. An accusation finally surfaced! The bunnies nodded, and some shuffled their feet. Would this be it? Would they finally catch a wolf?

It was decided to hang poor young NekoThePyro. She went willingly without argument--her fate had been decided. Up she went in a noose and her ears fell off. She was a

wolf!

The bunnies were stunned, and then they rejoiced. Through a sheer accusation, they had gotten the votes on their side and had found a wolf! On pure "evidence" which may or may not have been evidence. Either way, it added up! Finally a wolf!

The wolves are scattered. Only two more left. The whistling still continues, however. It's time to figure out the next wolves and maybe the warren will be saved and won't all be eaten. Choose wisely bunnies, and be sure of your evidence. One bunny also did not vote--the bunny remained away and possibly forgot. This cannot happen again bunnies. Dire consequences will happen now if one does not vote. When it's this close, you must make every vote count.

Tactics

Success! What does success bring? Parties. With one wolf down, the rest were sure to follow--the tide had been turned of course. It was now time to unwind and drink. Perhaps they drank a little too much. After the huge party (everyone of course celebrated!), everyone was so tired and hung over, they really couldn't get up in the morning. Pity, really. That's when the wolves struck.

Maybe it was the wolves who decided it was time to party? Or maybe they realized that this would be a prime time to strike. Either way, the bunnies were hung over and were all asleep. The doctor had chosen who to protect, but maybe the doctor should widen horizons.

The wolves ignored the bluff, or was it a bluff? The wolves ignored the big talker. The wolves went straight for TheFinestBrew. So drunk, so hung over--he didn't have a chance. The wolves at him and left only the bones. By the time the bunnies awoke, their dear friend was dead, and they realized that they should not have partied. That they should have protected.

One bunny did find a set of plans. What plans are these? Who knows! It was just left near the entrance of TheFinestBrew's little home.

It was judgment day. One wolf down, another bunny dead, you had to put down the party hats and drinks and decide. The wolves have terrorized the bunnies for too long, it was time to put an end to this. It seems like the home stretch. Only two more to go! Time to vote.

The vote was cast, and all but two bunnies agreed--GubiD had to be a wolf. He tried to throw the doubt off himself, but no one would be swayed. It seemed Barbatos was gunning for him and rallied up the bunnies. Most listened. A great unity!

GubiD's neck was tied in the noose and he went up, screaming that it wasn't him, and that the bunnies were making an awful mistake. Up he went, and his ears would not come off. GubiD was a bunny, the wolves snickered behind all the other bunnies--only no one knew where it had come from. A red herring, a voice called out. You all followed the most obvious path! How stupid are you? And laughter continued. No one could place the laughter, and they all stared silently at one another. The laughter died into a whistle, one suitable for marching to.

Overconfidence breeds failure. Again one was too confident and jumped the gun. Following the red herrings this time ended up getting a bunny killed. It's time to delve deeper into that clue and look past the obviousness (an obvious red herring) and into what it means in accordance to the titles of the rounds and to the title of the clue.

There are five bunnies left. You're dangerously close to losing. Pick up the pace.

The Ants The Ants March

With little cause to celebrate, the bunnies isolated themselves. Who's lying? Someone has to be. Something doesn't add up. It never did. We're almost at the end, one bunny whispers. The other agree. That whistle can still be heard all throughout the almost empty warren. A wolf's howl in the distance reminds them they cannot run. The game is almost at a close.

One bunny who has been silent after being accused early on has wandered off on her own. She has her own ideas, like most bunnies, but the fear of being hung kept her silent. Nevertheless, she is thirsty. She's searching for her cherry coke. The wolves see her leave her little cave and realize that no one is thinking about her lately. They agree that this will be the night she will be their meal. They sneak after her and make her into a feast before anyone realizes she's even gone. The only thing that was left was an empty can of cherry coke.

Riona has fallen to the wolves' cravings. The wolves were so happy with this meal that they forgot to clean up! Riona did not go down without a clue. She did her best and wrote in the dirt, she knows who one of the wolves are. She can only manage to write: the march continues on, the ants know of it and they whistle too. That marching song (and then she rambled a bit... so she never really got to saying the wolf's name...).

Tactics do the wolves follow, they march for their next kill. When the bunnies find poor Riona, they find the clue and after a burial, decide quick to end this game once and for all. Or do they? Only time will tell if the bunnies heed the words and become ever doubtful of those they trust. Who knows who the wolves are.

After a terrible defeat last time, the bunnies remained together. They had inside information, or so they believed. Without outside deliberations, the bunnies unified against Alpha-Mad. Inside they deliberated, but it seemed to be handed to them on a platter. After the amazing fail with hanging GubiD, the bunnies turned to Alpha-Mad.

Alpha-Mad tried to valiantly uphold his name--he's scrubbing the poor duckies who got stuck in the oil! They need his help! Well, they can have his ghostly help now. The bunnies tied the noose around Alpha-Mad's neck and up he went, screaming that they had to be wrong all the while.

His ears did not come off. Alpha was

a wolf.

Congratulations bunnies. Up went another wolf, and one remains. One wolf remains to take down the rest of the bunnies. I wonder if that will actually happen. Do not fear bunnies, cautiously celebrate. You have one wolf left.

The lone wolf howls alone now, no more laughing, no more taunts. The wolf knows this is serious and plans to avenge the fallen comrades. The wolves need to eat too, you know!

Howling Alone

Two wolves had gone down. The bunnies were cautiously celebrating. They remained ever vigilant on whom the doctor wanted to save. The doctor racked his brain to figure it out. A game of wits! The lone wolf had that same battle of wits. Did he? Didn't he? Is he messing with me? The doctor made his choice as did the wolf. Did the doctor pick right?

Sixty was saved!

However.

The doctor left himself wide open.

Euphony was eaten by the last wolf today. He was so busy trying to figure out how to protect others, he had forgotten to shield himself. The wolf snuck up on him as the other bunnies protected sixty, and down went Euphony. Reportedly, the wolf was heard saying "tastes like ham!" But someone probably made that up for kicks. A bad joke!

The wolf left behind nothing of Euphony. Euphony, however, did his best to give the last bunnies a clue. Who the hell knows what it means though:

That was written in his blood and the wolf didn't think to wash it away. What could it mean, I wonder.

The wolves have made their pick, bunny, it's up to you to finally put an end to this nightmare of being eaten. Do not fail!

With only four bunnies left, we've come down to the wire. They all gathered in the main room, each hoping this would be the end (well, except for one). Behind the stage, the bunnies had been frantically trying to figure out who's lying, who's telling the truth, and who's just being a pain. Back and forth back and forth, who is the wolf! That's the question on everyone's minds.

The votes were cast, and Supershigi had the most votes. She was shocked--hadn't they been with her? What happened to the bunny coalition! The other bunnies wouldn't give their reasons, just looked to Barbatos and he made the final decision: hang her, and if she's a bunny, we then will know for sure. Only, he was probably very sure, only he didn't want to appear so.

Though, appearing over confident had screwed him over before. We only have three bunnies, let's hope he didn't screw up again.

Supershigi went to the gallows, saying that they weren't right. She wasn't the wolf and she only wanted to help the bunnies. Even still, she went to the gallows and the noose tied around her neck.

Supershigi has been hung, and when they attempted to pull off her ears they learned...

she was a WOLF.

Her ears did not fall off. The last wolf has been hung. The last three bunnies rejoice--but at what price? Their warren is dead, so now the new task remains--find another warren to live with, as who knows when another wolf is going to infiltrate even if they make more bunnies? They had screwed up once before, clearly they are not smart enough to keep wolves out and to find them out quickly.

Supershigi, NekothePyro, and Alpha-Mad are dead. The three wolves have been hung along side the many other bunnies. Is this a failure? Or a bittersweet victory? The other bunnies set forth from their warren to find more friends and leave their blood-infested warren behind.

Phew!! The charade is over!

Oh, and just for the record, I never trusted sixty :P I was pretty aware that he was trying to get me killed... if anything, because it was the "unexpected" thing to do, haha... But he was harassing me so much about admitting I was a wolf, so I finally just told him for the hell of it since I was pretty sure folks knew what was up anyway and I was tired of lying. I don't think I'd ever trust a sixty ;)

As for the "voting for Luna" thing, I was told that the bunnies' 2nd sheriff would be able to basically ask questions that would reveal who the wolves voted for; which would pretty much end the game (in mafia, who the wolves vote for isn't revealed because it makes it far too obvious too early on). Even if it took a few weeks to kill off the wolves, it wouldn't be very interesting since it would be clear who all the wolves were. So I did the only thing I could do at the time... I switched back to saying I voted for Neko in case it was revealed who the wolves voted for. Yes it made me look suspicious, but if people knew Alpha, Neko, Euphony and I voted for Luna, we'd all be outed in one turn (and that's not very fun). But at that point, the sheriff's identity was slipped to me because it was clear that a living 2nd sheriff who could ask any question (including questions about who voted for who) would be imbalanced. Had I known about this, I would never have said I voted for Luna in the first place.

So for next time, I think it's really critical not to reveal who the wolves vote for... and not to reveal who a substantial number of the bunnies are. Beyond those things, it was a fun game!

When we hung Neko, we knew you were the "second" wolf. You weren't supposed to trust me at all, not one smidgen, hence the harassment before each hanging. It was the measuring stick me and Barbatos used on reactions. After Neko was hung, we were positive about you, but we decided it was best to keep the enemy we knew, than face an enemy we didn't. Unfortunately the whole "didn't" thing added up too strongly. GubiD was an unfortunate accident. So you were kept for last, as we decided who to go after: Alpha or Deci.

In the end we used information gained from Neko about e-mails, exactly being not knowing who one of the wolves was, and not recognizing the e-mail. So, remembering that, I asked Deci for her e-mail, got it. Asked Neko if it was her's, claiming it was in a folder marked "irc", and all that jazz, not knowing who it belonged to. When she said it was Deci's, and that it was on the DA profile, we knew it was Alpha. I'm not sure exactly how you, shigi, was figured so quickly. I wasn't part of this li'l coalition then, not to be trusted and all. But there was never a doubt after Neko's death. Your conversations with the bunnies was too obvious.

Plus we, Barbie and I, wanted to live through a game.

So yeah.

Got Shigi by incrimination.

Round 01:
"On the Days of Summer We Begin"
I know I told people that round 01 had no clues, but I lied. Supershigi = Supershigi Sunshine, and sunshine = summer. And the three dots in that piece of paper also pointed to the three wolves which I stupidly blabbed. On the ending of Round one had no clue...

Round 02:
"A Plan of Silent Eatings"
Plans = some kind of military. Alpha's game was takes place in the military and probably deals with plans. And all the silences were pointing to Neko at the time, as a clue for you and a warning for her to start being more talkative. The whistling tune at the end of the clue was pointing to Supershigi. Seriously, I think she had the MOST clues and you all ignored them! In fact, any time there was whistling, it pointed to her . She is a musician after all you know?

Round 03:
"The Dawn of a New Something"
Dawn was frikking italicized people! Alpha was going to the oil spill and had made jokes about cleaning the duckies. What do people on those commercials clean the oil cruded animals with? DAWN! "The wolves pounce" was about the only clue pointing to NekothePyro.

By the way: all those things you had against NekothePyro? That was my mind being random and all were supposed to be red herrings. Look how that turned out! D: The questions were only what Tana had asked and that was to give the bunnies a clue that yes, Euphony was the doctor. The only words that weren't red herrings were... "One who obviously saves is behind saving the demon. This is your answer. He was saved. Will he be saved again?" --> Demon being Barbatos because Barbatos is a demon from the same book of demons that Ronove is from.

Oh, by the way: Whenever the bunnies got a wolf, the wolves got a clue on who the doctor was saving. Just to be fair to both sides, you know.

Round 04:
"Tactics": You all followed the obvious route, which you shouldn't have. If you had looked at this clue with the others one pointing to Alpha, then you wouldn't have hung that bunny. Obviously, this was pointing again to the military in his game. Also in the scrap of paper "the ants, what ants?" remember that one song? "The ants go marching one by one, hurrah, hurrah!" It pointed both to Alpha and Shigi because it was the military (again his game) and Shigi (because it was a song).

Round 05:
"The Ants The Ants March" --> Well, duh, we see this now right? It was a little sad that you all jumped straight for GubiD when only really one clue pointed to him and it was just far too obvious.

It sounded like a song, a crappy one though. So it was thrown out. Who's our musician? Shigi! Seriously, I thought someone would get it sounded like Snow White's song, but you did get it, just didn't think hard enough to connect it to Shigi.

Round 06:
"cellar door" -- you could have wikied this! the concept of the cellar door: "The English compound noun cellar door has often been used as an example of a word or phrase which is beautiful in terms of phonoaesthetics (sound) with no regard for semantics (meaning)." which you could Wiki-hop to phonoaesthetics. Basically, it's all about how sounds work. Who has to do with sounds? Again, supershigi.

So what have we learned? You got Neko with no clues basically, and the one wolf who had the most clues pointing to her or alluding to her, almost wiped you out. Oh well. Well played everyone! Glad I could host the game and am glad if you enjoyed it. :frog:

And btw, if I hadn't blabbed so many times about certain things, I think the bunnies would have lost bad. :wink:

@Cup: It's pretty easy to see why I was a wolf, it wasn't because I slipped up or anything, and it wasn't because you did some high level deduction concerning Neko's comment about the email... it was a combination of factors having to do with the game's mechanics. Yes, I made myself look suspicious, but I'll explain why I had to:

1.) Early on, 4 of the bunnies were revealed.
2.) Lots of information was given out about who voted for who, and how many people voted for Luna. Even though the first sheriff wasn't participating, the bunnies were given a 2nd sheriff who could ask questions pertaining to who voted for Luna.
3.) At this point, if the sheriff lived she could find out that Neko, Alpha, Euphony and I voted for Luna. At this point, it wouldn't be a game anymore... it would just be a slow process of successfully killing those 4 people until all the wolves were dead. Plus, it would reveal that I didn't vote for Neko despite telling Died I did...
4.) So the only thing I could do at that point was say I voted for Luna, since I'd be outed anyway.
5.) Ronnie realized this was a bit broken, and hinted to me that Tana was the sheriff in an attempt to balance the game.
6.) Now that the sheriff was gone, switching back to saying I voted for Neko was the only thing I could do. Yes I still looked suspicious, but there wasn't too much else I could do given the information that had been slipped at that point. And I didn't want the game to just turn into "let's kill all 4 people who said they voted for Luna until the game is over" because that's really boring.

I switched because information would be given out that proved I lied... and at that point, the game would have been over. I switched back in order to try and prevent a boring "let's kill those 4 people" kind of scenario.
