Ok guys, to make life ever so slightly easier for those who may have problems finding everything to mod and change or for those who may feel a little lazy, there is now an arrow next to your name in the welcome and info bar, e.g:-
Welcome, Yourname. http://www.spongen.org/images/misc/menu_open.gif

If you click the arrow, a new display will be shown, giving you links to the areas you need to go to modify your profile.
