S.Darko

So yeah, Donnie Darko is pretty much one of my favourite movies ever made, its one of those films that leaves an impression on you and get's you thinking. I had heard my friends talking about the sequal entitled "S.Darko" and needless to say i was skeptical. The release for this film on dvd is actually next monday but i had to satisfy my curiosity by watching this online first. I have to say i was surprised, this film was actually really good for a sequal. It follows the story of Donnies younger sister samantha. The story was really dark and actually quite gripping once it developed. Has anyone else seen it or heard about it? definately one i would recommend for fans of Donnie Darko.

I liked Donnie Darko, but it was one of those movies better left without a sequel. It's just unnecessary. I haven't seen S. Darko, but from the trailers it just looked like a repetition of the first.

Thats were you are mistaken my friend :) i too thought it was unnecessary but i was willing to try it as a fan, its no OMG AMAZING, but its actually pretty good.
