Bora Bora island - Ever since I got a poster of it a while back I've been immensely fascinated by its terrain. :aww: It's like a central island surrounded by a circle of thin "beach" islands - almost looks like an "inward beach". Looks like it's as close to paradise as it gets:

This is possibly the worst thread for me to post in, as I don't know where I want to go, or what I want to do. I've spent my whole life worrying about this, as it seems I just drift along from one tragedy to another.

One thing I do want to do though, and thats only since a few months ago, is go to america and have a drinking Binge with Tana, although last year I said I'd go to Japan and have one then ... I think thats a about it though.

Cruise Ship and a Train Ride. Hopefully I will get the opportunity to do the latter next year (if a certain someone wins the presidency and there's a reason to go to the inaguration, heh).

Cruises are a bit over-rated. They're hugely expensive and most of what you do is strictly planned and scheduled. I'm more of a fly by the seat of my pants kind of girl.

Places I want to go:

I want to do a castle tour of Europe and a ruin tour of South America and the Middle East. I want to do a shrine tour of Japan and see the palace and wall in China. I want to go on a photo safari in Africa. Not much. :P

Things I want to do:

Learn to fly a plane. I love the feeling of flying, and piloting would be the most awesome thing I could think of.

Learn to dance. I mean real dancing, not those silly gyrations people do in dance clubs.

The Galapagas Islands! Since the species here have no natural predators, they have no fear of humans. So you can basically walk right up to them and they don't run away.

I forgot... was it Atnas that wanted to be a 6 year old girl? Well, regardless... the animals here are just as curious about people as we are about them, so they'll walk right up to you and play. I think that's so cool!!

I'd also like to visit New Zealand and Ireland.

I'd like to visit Amsterdam for obvious reasons. That's the only place in Europe I want to visit.

..oh wait, I want to check out Spain to eat some iberico jamon as well. I've seen it imported locally but I bet the grade AAA stuff is only available in Spain.

Going to New Zealand next year, planning to travel around with one of 'em huge backpacks for 9-12 months.

But furthermore, probably lots of things, which I can't remember on the spot ;x

If I could I'd like to be able to visit various parts of the world all over. I mostly want to see goregous landscapes verses like cities though. And not just warm tropical beaches I wanna see some really deserted cold climates as well. But I doubt I'll ever be able to have the money for such ventures. It's still nice to think about.

Both me and my wife had a discussion about this one night and we came up with a list of places we wanted to visit before we died.

Japan : Ever since I was a little boy I've always wanted to see Mt. Fuji for myself.

Australia : The Sydney Opera house.

Isles of Man : Come on...big stone heads. Who wouldn't want to see that?

Amsterdam : ...it just seems like a lot of fun!

Ireland : I want to see home again before I die.

I think the last time I was here some of the Bora Bora pictures weren't loading, but this time I got to see the beautiful huts that lead right into the ocean and now I'm adding that to my list of place I'd like to go... wow, I haven't seen water that clear in person before.
